We use your information to help run IDBP and keep in touch about your place. If you share dietary or access needs, we’ll only use that information to support those arrangements.

 

We may share relevant information with people helping us deliver the event, but only where needed. This could include the venue, a registration tool, a payment provider, or a supplier involved in the event.

 

We’ll only keep your information for as long as we need it to run IDBP and deal with any follow-up after the event. After that, we’ll delete it securely, unless we need to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
